Just above the sea, this newly built luxury villa in Crete is a private paradise immersed in nature, that appears to have been designed by the island itself!
Luxuriously natural with a handcrafted feel, the construction and design, recalls traditional Cretan architecture. Constructed of all-natural, locally sourced materials such as stone and wood, the design duplicates the look and feel of island homes but with a decidedly luxurious spin.
The interiors are spacious and airy with the main floor living areas opening entirely, engaging you with the scenery, with plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing. The lounge and dining area feature a gourmet kitchen on one side, and an indoor/outdoor atrium with a fabulous fireplace, expanding the living spaces further.
There are four en suite master bedrooms, each with private entrances to the pool terraces and sea views with room for eight guests.
The interiors successfully combine the modern with the traditional, with luxurious but understated furnishings and decor paired with earthy stone, wood and concrete finishes.
The grounds are ideal for holiday fun in the sun with a large swimming pool, outdoor lounges with a barbecue and dining areas, and space to spread out and relax in style.
